Not gonna lie, trying to use the site on my phone was frustrating. It feels clunky and not very smooth to navigate...

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I thought it would, like I said, a bit slow. Like I said, everything worked out in the end, but I wish the process had been quicker.

Ordering on the site was straightforward, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was that my order took longer than I expected, and the updates didn’t really tell me much about what was going on. The clay itself was totally fine once it showed up, so I’d probably be okay ordering again if I didn’t need it quickly. But if you’re working on a deadline or need clear shipping info, it might be a bit annoying

I was disappointed with the colours, honestly. There just wasn’t much to pick from, and a lot of the basic ones you’d expect to see were not there. The few shades I actually wanted were out of stock too, so that was annoying. It’s hard to plan a project when the options are that limited, if that makes sense. I’ll probably look somewhere else next time.

The prices felt a bit too high for me. I might have been okay with it if the process was smoother, but having to deal with repeated verification made it even more frustrating.
